While I’ve been away, I’ve been quietly working on my new self care coaching offerings! Some FAQs and answers:

What is coaching?
Coaching is a form of development that focuses on empowering people to find and follow their own path. It’s not providing solutions, or telling people what to do. It’s asking questions and guiding people to find their own answers.

What is self care?
Self care is any action you take to look after/contribute to your mental/physical/emotional health and wellbeing. Sometimes it’s pretty, sometimes it’s hard, sometimes it’s boring. It’s all important.

What is self care coaching?
It’s us, working together to figure out what self care means to you, and how to incorporate it into your life. It’s me as a sounding board, asking questions from my point of view, to shed light on things that may be obstacles in your path.

Why me?
I’ve done a lot of work on self care, and fitting it around my life, chronic health issues and all. I have a lot of experience with speaking to people about their self care and their lives. Whatever you circumstances or needs, I’m here to help you figure out how self care works for you and your life.
