This pack is full of things I’ve learned on my own journaling journey. I’ve really enjoyed putting this together. My hope is that you start or continue a journaling habit in your life based on this pack, but if you just learn that journaling isn’t for you, that’s valuable as well.
Journaling is, at its heart, for you. It’s you, spending time with yourself. This is what makes it so valuable to me. The time and space to be open and honest with myself, and to figure out what I’m feeling is something that’s been really helpful for me when it comes to monitoring and coping with my mental health. Spotting patterns, reminding myself of things to be grateful for, and practicing a habit of prioritising myself once a day has all contributed massively to my self care routine.
