This is the first of a series resources designed for lockdown and covid19 in mind.
It’s a mashup of something I saw on Twitter and my SelfCare pockets (which can be found in the SCB resources.) The idea is that you have two pots (and you can totally use real pots or jars for this and do this irl). One pot is a list of all the things you’re going to do after lockdown/isolation/etc is over. The second pot is for all the habits or activities you’re doing during this time that you want to try to keep up when this is over.
I like the idea of having a list of things to look forward to as well as a list of things you’re doing great at.
