SCB colouring sheets! Colouring is one of those mindful activities that can be perfect to quieten your mind. You don’t need to really think about colouring, it’s something the majority of us did growing up, but at the same time you can’t do it fully mindlessly. The balance in this activity can give your mind space to be still, and focus on something not stressful. It’s about taking a break, and getting some mental space.

These are winter themed – mostly around cold weather, snow, and warm fires. There is one sheet (sheet 4) with a Christmas tree, present, and stocking.
